TITAN Cement Group is looking for a high-caliber professional to join our Group IT team, as IT Project Manager.

The job holder will be managing Digital/IT projects across the Group and will be responsible for delivering added-value to business stakeholders with high quality project management services.

 The role is required to:

  • Operate in a demanding and complex stakeholder and operational environment.
  • Ensure that effective project-level governance and reporting requirements are adopted and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional team members to facilitate effective delivery.
  • Support procurement and contracting activities for assigned projects including development of requests for proposals, analysis of bids, and contract awards.
  • Organize and manage all phases of projects assigned ensuring timely completion and high quality of deliverables.
  • Develop project plans including goals, objectives, scope, budget, deliverables, resources needed, schedules, timelines, methods for measuring results, security, and risk assessment.
  • Support and participate in project planning, planning reviews and execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and monitor projects issues and risks coordinating & following-up the required resolution and mitigation activities and timely escalate critical situations to governance boards.
  • Serve as the main communication hub for the projects, communicates updates, progress and changes all members involved.
  • Track and review vendors and partners’ performance, follow-up costs and project deliverables.
  • Actively contribute in the formulation of vendors contracts, the communication with IT Heads in BUs for the preparation for review of IT budgets, as well as the preparation & report of IT performance metrics to Management.
  • Supports the design of project management framework, processes, standards and KPIs.

 
What you will bring along:

  • BSc in Information Systems Management, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • MSc in Project Management or Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2).
  • 3+ years in Project Management roles; 2+ years within an international environment is an asset.
  • Project management in SAP ERP implementations will be considered a plus.
  • Experience in multiple Project Management implementation methodologies, depending on the project at hand (e.g., waterfall, scrum, or agile project setup).
  • Solid understanding of SAP implementation methodologies (ASAP, ASAP Focus, SAP Activate).
  • Very good understanding of SAP solutions (ERP, BW, BI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) or other Project Management platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English at a professional level.
  • Experience in ITIL Framework & Best practices, ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or higher will be considered a plus.

  • Strong relationship building and communications skills.
