TITAN Cement Group is seeking for a talented and high potential Business Analyst to join our company in an exciting phase of green growth, decarbonization, digitization and path to Net Zero Carbon. The job holder will possess an understanding of industrial processes, multiple assets and data-driven decision-making. He/She will be a rapid learner. As a Business Analyst, person will collaborate with senior Group Technology leaders and Bus in different countries to drive efficiency and optimize processes through capex and industrial performance analysis and data driven approach. The role has the possibility to lead to more senior roles in operations, supply chain, commercial, projects.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with Group technology Leaders to understand business requirements, processes, and workflows.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and strategic insights.
  • Perform financial/business analysis of projects and initiatives, creating analytical model.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology team.
  • Participate and facilitate the management cycles of PIP, Budget, strategy etc.
  • Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and solutions.
  • Synthesize the results of research, analysis and identify main insights/implications.
  • Collaborate with BU and Group Corporate Center stakeholders for the timely collection and analysis of data.
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Monitor project progress, Costs, risks, and control for successful project delivery.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.

 

       Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master in Science, Business, Economics or Engineering.
  • MBA or equivalent will be a strong positive.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business/data analysis, preferably in a multi-national industrial or consulting environment.
  • Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint (database and statistical packages knowledge will be considered an asset).
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to manipulate and analyze large datasets – knowledge of Python and chatGpt will be a plus.
  • Ability to visualize and present data through tools like Power BI, Tableau, Domos etc.
  • Experience with ERP systems and other industrial software applications is a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
