  • Who we are

    Our Group Corporate Center (GCC) is a diverse team of approximately 200 professionals organized around functional domains, such as Strategic Planning, ESG, Innovation and Technology. The scope of GCC is to accelerate business performance, supporting Group’s strategy and standards, as well as leveraging economies of scale and driving critical projects across our Business Units (BUs). Our GCC team is in continuous dialogue and cooperation with our front-line operations, bringing together colleagues from our Business Units while enabling job enrichment and career progression.

    The two imperatives that are changing the way cement industry operates are decarbonization and digitalization. And these require a very different approach to doing business, being more innovative, developing greener products, harnessing the power of digital breakthroughs in a way that allow us to embrace those challenges for the interest of the company and all its stakeholders.

  • Digital Transformation

     We are among the early adopters and leaders of digitalization in the industry, generating a number of innovations. In 2020 we established the Group Digital Center of Competence to strengthen our capabilities to develop and implement new digital solutions, built on the foundation of an integrated data platform and a new flexible and agile working model for our operations. We have also created an ecosystem of digital innovation by continuously investing in developing the digital skills of our people, attracting new talent and partnering with external collaborators, in search of cutting-edge solutions.

  • Acting for a net zero future

    Building on the good progress we have made so far, we are playing our part in the world’s transition to net zero by 2050.  Recognized by CDP as a global climate leader, we are walking the talk on our commitment to helping limit global warming to 1.5°C with accelerated CO2 reduction efforts across our value chain and purposeful global collaborations. Our journey is guided by ambitious 2030 targets, validated by the Science Based Targets initiative and a clear roadmap of value generating initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of our operations and products, while exploring next generation technologies.

  • Titan Project Management Lab

    TITAN, in collaboration with ReGeneration and Code.Hub,  as the training partner has succeeded to launch since 2020 three successful academies under the ReGeneration Academy for Digital Acceleration - Powered by TITAN initiative. 

    These innovative academies focus on upskilling young graduates with the competences necessary for the acceleration of digital transformation, being part of TITAN Group’s Digital Initiative and operate under the auspices of the Group’s Digital Center of Competence and Group HR.   

    These initiatives relate to two main priorities of the Group: The effort to accelerate the transition to the new digital age, for which TITAN implements a comprehensive digital transformation plan (Industry 4.0) and the commitment to support young people in their transition from higher education to employment, in light of the current challenges of the market and the demands of technology, as well as to contribute to reversing brain drain.  

    This year’s Project Management Lab, followed the example of the 2020 and 2021 Data Science Labs, validating a third exclusive collaboration between ReGeneration and TITAN.
