Project Supervisor

 

Titan America LLC is seeking a driven Project Supervisor to join our Business Growth and Development Unit. This pivotal role is central to executing growth strategies, optimizing financial performance, and maximizing asset utilization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Project Supervisor  will drive forward strategic initiatives in alignment with Titan America's mission and values.

This exempt position will report directly to the Vice President of Growth and Business Development.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in project scheduling, management, and cost estimation.
  • Identify and implement projects supporting Titan America's goals.
  • Support all phases of project lifecycle, including design, costing, engineering, installation, and supervision.
  • Gather engineering data for financial analysis preparation.
  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment and occasional travel requirements.
  • Demonstrate leadership and effective communication skills.
  • Utilize experience with planning, scheduling, and data analyzing systems.
  • Engage in product development through market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Utilize CAD software for design and drafting tasks.
  • Apply project management skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Proficient analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • Previous internship or work experience in engineering or business development is preferred.
