Titan America has an immediate opening for a Logistics Analyst in the Deerfield Beach Office, in Florida. The primary responsibilities of this position include driving the Sales & Operations Planning process (S&OP), generating business performance reports, and analyzing data to generate Key Performance Indicators across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Successfully complete training in aggregates, cement, and concrete manufacturing and customer service (to be provided).
• Prepare reports for the cement, aggregates, fly ash, and concrete businesses, detailing various performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Generate KPI dashboards at the end of each month and compare quarterly and year-to-date.
• Drive the Sales & Operations Planning process by organizing, scheduling, and attending all necessary meetings and assisting in the creation of an 18-month demand forecast for various product lines.
• Participate in demand planning and analysis using multiple tools and information sources.
• Employ the use of various data modeling software packages to convey information precisely and promptly.
• Collaborate with logistics and product-line professionals within the company to review data and metrics.
• Review and analyze freight data to determine spend variances, opportunities to lower costs across all products, and cost metrics.
• Collaborate on the generation of Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs) to justify the implementation of projects to lower overall logistic costs.
• Present information to managers and executives through PPT slides and in person.
• Have positive attitude and strong communication skills with customers and other departments.

• Multi-task and complete daily workload in a timely fashion.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point (data analytics and pivot tables). Proficiency in other Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook).
• Proficiency in programming languages preferred (Visual Basic, Python, Java, C++).
• Experience in an analytical environment working with performance metrics preferred.
• Logistics experience of moving products from Point A to Point B, preferred.

• Attention to detail, ability to stay organized and work independently.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong time management and strong organizational skills are required.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
