TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Representative for dry mixed mortars, covering the market in Central Greece. The Sales Representative manages a customer portfolio for profitability, segment coverage, and growth potential, according to company’s procedures and commercial policy. The position reports to the Area Sales Manager.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, create demand for and sell dry mixed mortars to potential customers
  • Develop new customers and leverage relationships to grow the customer base
  • Work to resolve customer issues, problems, and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Build strong and lasting business relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Develop and maintain territory intelligence, identifying market size and conditions, customers, and competitors’ actions, prices, and strategies
  • Directly visit his/her clients and follow up on the development of their accounts
  • Monitor sales per prefecture and customers for whom he/she is responsible within corporate guidelines, to meet sales and service objectives in assigned territory
  • Ensure the timely and full collection of customer debts within the framework of corporate credit policy, to protect the company’s interests and minimize financial risk
  • Operate within TITAN’s safety & environmental policies and best practices

 

 

Candidate Profile

 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Commercial experience is required
  • Sales experience in the construction industry (RMX concrete, aggregates, paving, etc.) or direct construction experience would be considered an asset
  • Travel requirements 50% of the time
  • Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to build successful relationships, treat and relate to others in open, respectful ways
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with a client-driven philosophy
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Driving License
  • Military Service fulfilled
