Interbeton, part of TITAN Greece, has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Production & Technical Supervisor to join our team in Attica. This role directly reports to the Ready-Mix Production & Technical Supervisor. The primary function of this position is to manage the daily operations of the ready-mix unit effectively, with key responsibilities encompassing safety, production, maintenance, quality, and other production-related activities.

 

Main Accountabilities

 

  • Oversee daily concrete production, scheduling, and planning, ensuring compliance with established quality guidelines and clear communication of any deviations.
  • Supervise concrete operations at client sites to maintain highest quality standards and efficient control and processing workflows.
  • Perform field checks and troubleshoot production equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations to maximize production and minimize interruptions.
  • Always uphold a safe and clean work environment; implement, adhere to, and enforce company safety and business standards, as well as safety and development programs.
  • Ensure all employees and contractors onsite align with company standards, policies, and regulations for safe, environmentally friendly production of high-quality concrete products.
  • Develop, train, and motivate subordinates to foster a productive work environment and achieve high levels of efficiency and satisfaction.

 

Candidate Profile

 

  • Degree in Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic School.
  • Εxperience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Prior experience with ready-mix concrete production is highly desirable.
  • Proficient planning, organization, and time-management skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external parties, representing the company in a positive, collaborative manner.
  • Safety-conscious and team-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (oral and written).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Μilitary obligations must be fulfilled.
