TITAN Greece offers an excellent opportunity for an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our plant in Kamari. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and monitor the maintenance and repair of various types of fixed and mobile machinery equipment, as well as maximizing equipment availability through efficient and proactive preventative maintenance programs. This position ensures compliance with all standards, policies, and regulations for safe, environmentally sound maintenance activities.

 

 

Main Accountabilities

 

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the company's mobile machinery by overseeing their maintenance and repair, while proposing ways to improve these processes, aimed at minimizing cost and downtime, ensuring uninterrupted operation, and adhering to safety regulations for both personnel and machines.
  • Monitor and control the company's mobile machinery, ensuring excellent execution of maintenance and repair tasks, resulting in optimal and uninterrupted operation.
  • Track daily work progress to ensure the company's needs are fully met.
  • Determine and draft orders for necessary spare parts required for daily machine needs, recommending supplier evaluations to meet the workshop's requirements.
  • Coordinate the allocation of tasks and oversee their progress, intervening when necessary to ensure successful project completion within the shortest possible time and at the lowest cost.
  • Develop and motivate team members, ensuring a productive work environment and high levels of efficiency and job satisfaction.
  • Possess the ability to travel and work remotely while planning, coordinating, and monitoring company tasks taking place at third-party locations (company clients, external workshops, etc.) across both mainland and island regions of Greece.
  • Exhibit proficiency in drafting technical tenders, reports, and general written and verbal communication (correspondence with clients, company suppliers, etc.).
  • Always maintain a safe and clean work area; Ensure workplace safety through implementation, adherence, and enforcement of company business standards, as well as safety and development programs; Plan, coordinate, and ensure the safe operation of subcontractors.

 

 

 Candidate Profile

 

  • TEI Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in mechanical repair and maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Proficient planning, organization, and time-management abilities; Must be capable of handling multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external parties in a collaborative, positive manner, representing the company’s interests
  • Safety-minded and team-oriented attitude
  • Proactive approach toward problem-solving
  • Fluent in Greek and English (oral and written)
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • SAP experience is highly desirable
  • Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)
