Main duties and responsibilities: 

  • Ensure all HR operational processes are on time and of the highest quality.
  • Implementing and reviewing all policies and practices related to human resources.
  • Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated accordingly.
  • Assists in maintenance of HR systems in place, by creating, maintaining, and updating information and personnel records.
  • Ensure adherence to local employment laws and rules.
  • Promptly and professionally addressing issues raised by employees and responding to their questions.
  • Deliver requested HR reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently by adhering to deadlines and schedules.
  • Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.


Candidate Profile:

  • University degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • English & Albanian, both written and spoken, at professional level.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ethical standards.
  • Planning, Organizing and Analytical skills.
